## What this site is

A handbook and a hiring filter. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or advice.
The totems describe how we try to work, not a guarantee about how any particular
piece of work will go.

## Using what's here

Read it, quote it, argue with it in public. Attribution is polite and we would
appreciate it. Republishing the whole handbook as your own culture deck is the
one thing we'd rather you didn't. See totem 35 for our position on stealing.
