We're a family business, but we stand against the romantic and slightly hypocritical idea of calling the company “our family”. Our culture is one of respect and kindness. We care for each other and we want to see everyone thrive. But what binds us together is not a set of arbitrary coincidences (unlike family), and we're not allowed to be shitty to each other (unlike family).

We're profit driven, and glued by the wonderfully positive clash of personal interests — ambition, personal development, passion, vocation — and generosity: improving, finding joy, looking for impact in the world.

It's business and it's personal. The ventures we undertake, the people we hire and the customers we accept all share traits from a common worldview: you can make a decent living without compromising, and without being an asshole.
