We publish the whole hiring process before you apply

Seven steps, about a month, roughly five hours of your time. Here's why we tell you first.

Hiring asymmetry is the norm: the company knows the process, the candidate knows nothing. That imbalance is defended as efficiency, but it mostly protects companies from having to explain themselves.

We publish the seven steps, the time each one takes, and what we're actually assessing. It costs us candidates: a few read it and decide five hours isn't worth it, which is exactly the point. It saves everyone the expensive version of that realization at step six.
