All roles are 32-hour weeks, fully remote, with the salary band published in the offer. No negotiation theatre.

No CV upload, no parser, no six-page form. Write us an actual letter: tell us what you'd do here and which totem you'd argue with. A CV link is enough.
Tell us which totem you disagree with and why. It is the fastest way to show us you read the handbook, and the only part of an application we have never once found boring.
Send it to hello@onetotem.com. You'll get a reply from a person, usually within two weeks, including if the answer is no.
