We have tons of contradictions, and we operate in gray areas. That's exactly why communication and culture matter. Understanding, as a group, that the world is a big gray area and it's hard to pick the right fight.

Embracing contradictions keeps us in check. We're free to challenge our ideas, even the good ones. To explore, play devil's advocate, or dare to fuck things up.

If we resist the urge to pick a side like a hill and die on it, we might see that the best approach to our work is to combine the best of all seemingly contradictory approaches, all across everything we love: science, art, business, words, passion and technique, mashed together into imperfect harmony.
