• Instinct is good. Fact-checked instinct is awesome.
• Underpromise to overachieve. Don't create false expectations.
• Not knowing is okay. Never lie to a client about it.
• Plan for uncertainty on every task.
• Listen hard to our clients. Make sure you fully understand their needs.
