Structure defines strategy

The old adage coined by Alfred Chandler is that structure follows strategy: you define where you want to go, then build a team and some foundations (industry, distribution, partners) based on that.

We believe that making enough money is good enough. Since we're not set out to conquer Silicon Valley, we can afford to first seek the team and the structure we like, and then find a way to increase our income, viability and longevity.
