Soft skills first

Soft skills are real skills. It's great that you know the ins and outs of every analytics platform, but if you can't explain yourself, negotiate, understand, think, keep your ego in check, manage your own insecurity and tell truth from bullshit, the technical part won't save you.

That's why isolated job roles and purely technical skills are losing ground to insightful expertise plus deeply trained soft skills.
